Euan was Susan’s second intern, following in the footsteps of Jeremy - a daunting and impossible challenge. After overcoming the “American” language barrier and convincing Susan that he spoke English, he settled in well and was soon allowed to talk to Susan’s clients and senior candidates on the condition he didn’t exceed 90 words a minute.
Alasdair MacDonald, 2005

Alasdair graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in History & Politics in 2003. Following his year as a Bishop Partners intern he worked for four years in the executive search industry for Odgers Berndtson in London. There he focused on Chairman and Non-Executive Director assignments for FTSE100 companies, UK government departments, and other organisations such as those responsible for the London 2012 Olympics.
He spent last year volunteering for Save the Children in Vietnam as part of a move into the not-for-profit sector, and is now working for them in the UK while he completes a Masters in Politics at the University of Edinburgh. Alasdair is a keen guitar player, footballer, and hill-walker.
Ged Hanley, 2006

Ged joined Bishop Partners from Manchester, England in 2005 as our fourth Mountbatten Intern, he currently works in sales and marketing as an Account Manager for the British fashion brand Fred Perry.
Ged graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies in 2004 and recently completed a digital marketing course at London City University. Whilst at University, Ged spent two summers working at camp Half-moon, Great Barrington, MA as a summer camp counsellor.
Following his year in New York Ged spent four years working in the London office of US public relations agency Ketchum. Ged is a keen soccer player currently playing for St Martins FC in London's Commercial League Division 1.
Michael Lundby, 2007

A graduate of DeMontfort University in 2004 with a BA Hons in American/Media Studies, Michael was the fifth Bishop Partners Mountbatten intern. Before his US business year, he traveled much of North America and worked a ski season in Vancouver, Canada.
Since returning to London and he worked in executive search until taking his current position

Sarah Dixon, 2008

Scotland as our sixth Mountbatten Intern. She worked as a PA,
as well as managing client and candidate research in support of all
the search activity.
Sarah arrived in New York shortly after graduating with an Honors degree in History.

Corrie Douglas, 2009

Corrie Douglas joined Bishop Partners from Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2009 as a Mountbatten Intern in our Research Department. She managed candidate and client research and database projects in support of all of our search activity.
Corrie previously worked in recruiting in Edinburgh just prior to coming to the USA, and having a personal passion for the fields of media and communications.
Jenny Cuthbert, 2010

Jenny Cuthbert joined Bishop Partners from St Andrews, Scotland, in 2010 as a Mountbatten Intern in our Research Department.
Prior to joining Bishop Partners, Jenny worked for the Farmore Group, a group of retail and design companies, where she centered on PR and Marketing as well as providing business support to the team.
Joanne Keyden, 2011

Joanne Keyden joined Bishop Partners from Carlisle, England, in 2011 as a Mountbatten Intern in our Research Department.
Prior to joining Bishop Partners, Joanne studied at St.Andrews University and worked for Eddie Stobarts Ltd, one of the worlds largest road haulage companies. Prior to this Jo and two others set up a volunteer charity in Kenya, taking volunteers from the East to the West of Kenya.
After Bishop Partners Jo has returned to Scotland to continue within Executive Recruitment.
