Denise Males joins CurrentTV as Director of Talent Acquisition

We are pleased to announce the successful placement of Denise Males as Director of Talent Acquisition at CurrentTV, effective September 13th, 2011. Denise will be will be responsible for developing a centralized staffing function for Current, and for providing strategic advice to senior management and the SVP of HR on all staffing and recruiting matters.

Prior to joining CurrentTV, Denise was Director of Human Resources for Elsevier. During this time Denise was responsible for overseeing and supporting recruitment and generalist functions for 600+ employees.


Denise has over 22 year experience within Human Resources and Recruitment. Before Elsevier, Denise served as a contract recruiter for Scholastic, Associate Director of Recruitment for Time Warner Inc, Director of Recruitment for Major League Baseball, and Vice President at BBDO.


Denise earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Queens College, is fluent in Spanish and is a published contributor to 'Insider's Guide to Finding a Job'.
